Lior Ishai

Co-Founder

With over 18 years of experience, Mr. Ishai is a seasoned marketing technologist and executive, specializing in developing robust marketing, operations, and technology infrastructures for sectors including real estate and tech. His career is marked by generating over 2 million B2B and investor leads, raising more than $85 million in capital and sales, and achieving multiple successful business exits.

A dedicated social entrepreneur at heart, Lior's work ethic is deeply rooted in the belief that personal and professional endeavours should have a meaningful impact on families, friends, and communities. His diverse background, encompassing investor marketing, startups, and public companies, underlines his commitment to creating value and growth in every project he undertakes.

Dave Ransier

Co-founder

With a passion for effecting positive change in communities, Dave Ransier embarked on his journey after graduating from the University of Western Ontario with a degree in Urban Development (Honours) in 1989. His extensive career spans several years working for a real estate consulting company in Toronto and developers in Vancouver. As a partner and founder of a real estate development company, Dave focused on building townhomes and apartments in the Sea to Sky Corridor, successfully completing five master-planned communities comprising over 400 homes in the past 15 years.

Driven by a vision to create affordable, secure, and community-centric rental homes, Dave leverages his expertise in zoning, housing design, building code, financing, and construction. His goal was to build an alternative style of rental housing that efficiently utilized urban land, fostering a strong sense of community within homes and neighbourhoods. This vision culminated in Britannia House, the first purpose-built communal home in British Columbia, developed by ResponsibleLiving. Unlike other affordable rentals in BC, Britannia House did not require government subsidies to become a reality.

Dave's commitment to social consciousness and visionary approach to building has set him apart as a seasoned and impactful builder in the real estate industry.
