Traditional Home Design.
In conventional homes, a central entrance leads to shared spaces before branching off to a primary bedroom suite for the parents, and small kids rooms. While each room is private, there is no soundproofing making them a noisy home.
Communal Home Design.
In our communal living homes, we prioritize community, spaces for open interaction and private spaces. Each bedroom suite is designed as a primary bedroom suite and is large enough for king/queen size beds, small sofas and desks, an ensuite bathroom, and a kitchenette. In addition, each suite is soundproofed creating your private sanctuary to sleep, work from home, or binge on your favourite Netflix show.
The central hallway transports you to the communal space with kitchen, dining and living space. This innovative layout fosters social connectivity and collective experiences, enriching residents' lives by nurturing a supportive network. Additionally, our design optimizes space usage and resource sharing, offering economic and sustainable benefits ideal for modern urban living.
