Applying for a private suite is just the beginning of what could become your vibrant, shared living adventure.

Step One: Discover Our Co-Living Homes

Begin your journey by exploring our communal living homes in Squamish, BC, each designed to match you with the perfect space and community.

Step Two: Apply & Kickstart Process

Apply online as your first step towards community living. The application, taking about 15 minutes to complete, covers your living preferences, employment background, and co-living compatibility.

Step Three: Visit & Meet the House Coordinator

Based on your application, our house coordinator will schedule a visit for you to experience the space firsthand and ensure it's the right fit for you and your future community members.

Step Four: Finalize Your New Beginning

After your application and verification, you’ll review and digitally sign the lease. All occupants will be listed as tenants under a single tenancy agreement (“joint tenancy”).

Step Five: Welcome Home & Meet Your Community

Step into your new home and be warmly embraced by the community, ready to start making lasting connections and memories.
