Job Description:  

Responsible Living seeks a dedicated Community Development Liaison to manage permit acquisitions and maintain relationships with city officials. This role is crucial for facilitating the development of new properties and ensuring that our projects align with local regulations and contribute positively to the community.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with city officials to obtain necessary permits for new projects and renovations.
  • Ensure compliance with local zoning laws and regulations.
  • Work closely with the development team to provide updates on permit statuses and regulatory requirements.
  • Foster positive relationships with the community and local government to support Responsible Living’s initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in urban planning, public administration, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of local government structure and permitting processes.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
